Maria Guadalupe Gardea Caldera, 74, a homemaker, died Sunday, November 2, 2025 at St Dominic Hospital in Jackson.
Visitation is 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm Wednesday, November 5, 2025 at Wilcox Funeral Home. Services are 4:00 pm Thursday, November 6, 2025, at St. Anne Catholic Church with Fr. Marco Antonio Sanchez officiating.
Mrs. Gardea Caldera was a native of Juarez, Mexico and attended St. Anne Catholic Church.
Survivors include 2 sons, Salvador Gardea of Carthage and Ricardo Gardea of El Paso, TX; 3 daughters, Rosa Alicia Caldera Gardea of Kosciusko, Maria Dolores Gardea Caldera of Carthage, and Carmen Rosario Gardea Caldera of Carthage; 4 brothers, Angel Caldera, Jesus Caldera, Martin Caldera, and Alfredo Caldera, all of Perez; 4 sisters, Aurora Carmona, Isela Caldera, Rosa Maria Caldera, and Norma Caldera, all of Perez; 26 grandchildren, Jessica Gardea, Darlin Gardea, Alex Gardea, Andy Gardea, Vanessa Gardea, Anthony Villatoro, Clarissa Villatoro, Jocelyn Caldera, Yazmin Caldera, Uriel Caldera, Ulises Caldera, Bryan Gardea, Brittany Gardea, Ricardo Gardea, Julian Gardea, Kimberly Gardea, Jaqueline Gardea, Salvador Gardea, Jocelyn Gardea, Abimael Gardea, Josia Gardea, Stephanie Rodriguez, Michelle Rodriguez, Wilbert Rodriguez, Erika Rodriguez, Isaias Rodriguez; 9 great-grandchildren, Sophia Madrigal, Anna Grace Gardea, Tiffany Lopez, Tania Lopez, Andrea Madrigal, Adelina Gardea, Ezekiel Davis, Ivan Escobar, and Benjamin Gardea.
