Maria taught me a lot, I met her in second grade. She was new to my school, but of course it didn't stop her from talking to me. We became really good friends, and even though we lost touch two years ago I think about her often. She taught me to always keep a smile on my face, and to keep trying when things got rough. She has been such a positive role model for me, in the hardest situations I just think of her smile, and how lucky we are for knowing such a beautiful soul. To her family just remember "The good die young", Maria is in Heaven, and I am sure she is very proud about what y'all are doing for her. You will be in my prayers, God bless you all.
