Maria Raquel Pastran Juarez went to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, November 17th. She was born on May 5, 1935 in El Paso, Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents, Damacio and Fermina Pastran, her husband Benito Juarez, her son Eddie Juarez and her 2 grandsons Kevin and Daniel Velasquez and several siblings?? She is survived by her children, Ben Juarez (Liz), Tillie Poper (Dennis), Virginia Juarez and Geri Tuttle (Shawn) and grandchildren, Timothy, Caleb, Stewart, Leticia, Dayana, Austin, Ryan, Joslin and great grandchildren Katia, Joshua, Judah, Brayden, Beckett, Amelie, Pierre and Alex.
Her favorite colors were rust and teal. Her favorite season was Fall. She loved magnolias, really any kind of flowers, especially blue ones. She loved to pray, garden and read. But above all she loved Jesus and her family. She wanted to make sure everyone was taken care of. She enjoyed eating and enjoyed her good health. One of her favorite projects was investing money and saving.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, November 21st at 10:30 am at Mesa Baptist Church at 1411 Golf Course Rd NW, Rio Rancho NM. In lieu of flowers, the family asks to please make a donation to Billy Graham Ministries.
