Maria became such a dear friend to me over our many months together during which time I was her Physical Therapist. I adored her honesty, intelligence, easy laughter and our shared love of birds and nature. I miss her.

Maria was one of my favorite clients. I will miss her and her homemade bread that she would bring to the office and be on the menu when I was invited to her home for lunch. Marilyn Stefans

I will miss Maria. I have many good memories of our shared experiences over the last 44 years. She was a unique and interesting person. She would often leave a fresh baked loaf of bread on our doorstep. We were the recipient of her nice pottery bowls. She loved gardening and bird watching. I will always remember Maria and Ernest. I am very grateful for her friendship. Rest in peace Maria.
