Maria Brunilda Robles (Alicea)
Maria Brunilda Robles, née Alicea, age 85, passed away peacefully on August 22, 2025. She was born on March 15, 1940, in Sabana Grande, Puerto Rico.
Maria lived a full and beautiful life. She spent part of her early years in New York, where she met her beloved husband, Jose Robles, and together they built a family. She is preceded in death by her son, Joseph Robles, and is survived by her devoted daughter, Yvette Biggs. Maria was a proud grandmother to Joey Robles, Alexis Urban, and Amanda Robles, who brought her endless joy.
A dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant, Maria embodied compassion and service, always caring for others with selflessness and grace. She was a lifelong Catholic, active in her faith and community.
Those who knew Maria will remember her love for flowers, cooking, dancing, and ice cream, but most of all, her love for family. She was the heart of every gathering, and her kindness and generosity touched everyone around her.
A private, invite-only service to honor Maria's life will be held on September 12, 2025, at 12:00 PM with her closest friends and family at Baldwin Brothers Funeral & Cremation Society, 1100 El Jobean Rd Suite 104, Port Charlotte, FL 33948.
Maria will be deeply missed, but her memory will continue to live on in the hearts of her family and all who loved her.
