Maria Taliano

On July 3, 2023 Maria (nee Armeni) Taliano surrounded by her adoring family peacefully passed. She was the beloved wife of the late Vincenzo Taliano and a devoted mother of Joseph Taliano, Sr. and his wife Peggy, Francesco Taliano and his wife Cindy, Mario Taliano and his wife Carol, Maria Taliano and her husband Gordon Connelly, Vincent Taliano and his wife Robin Kaufman.
Her warmth and kindness were a blessing to her grandchildren: Elizabeth Taliano Protani and her husband Vince, Albert Freeburger, Joseph Taliano, Jr. and his wife Tammy, Jennifer Leidy, Kelly Taliano, Christopher Taliano and his wife Katie, Sara Taliano, Andrew Taliano, John Connelly and his wife Ashley, Jack Taliano and Michael Taliano. Maria was also a cherished great-grandmother of Tony, Steven, Sean, Vincent, Paula, Gage, Katherine, Marisa, Isabella, Olivia, Colton and Eloise.
She was a dear sister to the late Joseph Armeni and leaves behind loving relatives including her niece and nephews, Vincent Armeni and his wife Dina, Monica Armeni and the late Joseph Armeni. She will be fondly remembered by her dedicated caregivers, Sarah, Ashley, Stephanie, Terrie, Melissa, Juli, Jeannie, Joanna, Jane, Susan and Wally and the Gilchrist Hospice Staff.
Friends and family are welcome to gather at the Lassahn Funeral Home, Inc. located at 7401 Belair Road in Overlea, on Sunday, July 9, 2023, from 3:00pm to 7:00pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held in her honor at the Church of St. Michael the Archangel, 10 Willow Avenue in Overlea, on Monday, July 10, 2023, at 11:00am. Maria will be laid to rest at the Gardens of Faith Cemetery Mausoleum.
