Born on April 28, 1954, in Jalisco, Mexico, Maria lived a life filled with compassion, grace, and strength. She was the heart of our family-a woman whose kindness, sincerity, and unconditional love left a lasting imprint on everyone she met.
Maria was a devoted wife to Alfonso Tamayo, a nurturing mother to Noemi, Juan, Gerardo, Alfonso, Aurora, and a proud grandmother and great-grandmother to 30 wonderful children. She was a friend to many and known for her warm smile, gentle spirit, and unwavering support for those she loved.
Her home was a place of comfort and joy, where family gathered often, and memories were made over shared meals, laughter, and stories. She taught us the value of love, hard work, and being true to oneself.
Maria Leticia Tamayo is survived by spouse, children, grandchildren, siblings and preceded in death by Rosario Ramos.
A celebration of her life will be held on June 13, 2025, at Tamayo Residence In honor of Maria's loving and generous spirit.
Her love will forever live in our hearts.
