McAllen - Maria Estella Villagomez, 63, entered eternal rest on Saturday, August 12, 2023. Mrs. Villagomez is preceded in death by her parents, Jose Gonzalez and Celia Carrillo Gonzalez; and her son, Miguel Villagomez Jr.
Mrs. Villagomez is survived by her husband, Miguel Villagomez; 2 children, Cecilia Villagomez and Pedro Villagomez; 9 grandchildren, Luis Villagomez, Marco Villagomez, Monica Villagomez, Miguel Villagomez, Diana Villagomez, Leonardo Villagomez, Jose Limon, Genesis Limon, and Eliseo Villagomez; 1 great grand-child, Elias Villagomez; numerous family and friends.
Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. rosary, Tuesday, August 15, 2023, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Chapel service will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, August 16, 2023 at Legacy Chapels. Interment will follow at Garden of Angels Cemetery in Mission.
Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
