Mariah Maree Hernandez was born on March 26, 2011, in Bakersfield, California, and passed away on December 7, 2025, in Bakersfield, California, at the age of 14. Mariah was a bright, joyful, and loving young girl whose passion for life touched everyone around her. Mariah loved dancing, music, makeup, and all things creative. She had a special love for growing and exploring, always embracing life with curiosity and enthusiasm. Above all, she cherished her family and friendships. Her siblings-her 18-year-old brother Andrew, 10-year-old sister Chloe, and 9-year-old brother Jayden-were the center of her heart. She adored her cousins, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and friends, and her mother was her best friend. Mariah experienced the loss of her father, Abner Hernandez, in 2021, and her uncle, Uziel Hernandez, in 2010, but she carried on with resilience and a loving spirit that inspired everyone who knew her. She leaves behind countless cherished memories with those who loved her, and though her time with us was far too short, her joy, laughter, and love will live on in the hearts of her family and friends.
