Marian Irene Paulzine age 86 Marian answered the call of the Lord, at Peaceful Bliss in Alexandria, on Saturday August 30th, 2014. Marian was born April 4th to Fred and Wanda (Ihlenfield) Fiebranz. She was baptized and confirmed into Zion Lutheran Church by Pastor A. Bartz. On June 1st, 1947, Marian was joined in marriage, to Francis (Shorty) Paulzine. To this union three children were born: Susan Mae, Kenneth Dean, and Dolly (Ellen) Marie. The family farmed near Forada, for 27 years. In 1974, they sold the farm and retired on Lake Ida. In 1979 Marian began working for REA Electric, as an office custodian for 17 years. Marian spent time traveling with her daughter Susan, gardening with Dolly, plus tournament trips with her bowling team. Marian’s love of sewing and crocheting produced gifts of love to family and friends. Marian is survived by her children, Kenneth wife Beverly Paulzine of Glenwood, Dolly (Ellen), husband Mark Miller of Osakis. Grandchildren: Karen (Williams)(Bouressa)husband Terry Pate of Nelson, Angela (Williams) husband Dennis Fuoss of Alexandria, Jennifer(Williams) (Lynch) husband Adnan Haq of Alexandria, Jason Paulzine and Nicole of Texas, and Sara (Paulzine) Doty of Alexandria. Great Grandchildren: Thomas and Andrew Bouressa, Raven and Brendan Fuoss, Rashad Haq , Autumn, Skyler, Reign, and Gideon Doty. Marian is survived by one sister, Laura (Fiebranz) Wagner, two sisters-in-law, Lorna (Zarbok) Fiebranz, and Beatrice (Diekman) Paulzine. Marian was preceded in death by her parents; daughter Susan; Brothers Harold and Arthur; Sisters Alice and Edna, and one grandson-in-law, Robert Bouressa. Marian was a renaissance woman, unafraid to try anything, and capable of succeeding at whatever she did. She is loved and missed by all, but now she is home. Memorial services were held Wednesday September 3rd at Zion Lutheran Church in Alexandria. Burial was at Kinkead Cemetery in Alexandria.
