Marian Plisko

Marian Plisko, age 83, of Farmington Hills, passed away peacefully, Saturday, December 6, 2025.

Marian was born, July 31, 1942, in Masontown, PA, the daughter of the late Vivian and Mario Nocenti.

Marian was proud to be from Masontown, Pennsylvania. She remained a devoted Pittsburgh Steelers fan and always carried a piece of Masontown in her heart.

Marian lived for her family and treasured the time they spent together. For most of her life she and her family returned to Masontown to celebrate the holidays, keeping close the traditions that meant so much to her.

She and her husband, Tom, shared many happy years together. They enjoyed a cottage up north on the Canadian Lakes and spent countless hours playing golf - a pastime that was especially important to Marian. An avid lover of the outdoors, she delighted in wildlife and made a habit of leaving food outdoors for animals to enjoy in every season.

Marian will be remembered for her warmth, her devotion to family, and her love of nature.

Marian is preceded in death by her beloved husband of over 58 years, Thomas; loving mother of Lori Brayman and Douglas Plisko (Milene); cherished grandmother of Dr. Alexandra Plisko Hagadorn (Brett), Eric Plisko (Katie), Samantha Glowacki (Mike Cushing), Melanie Glowacki, and Jacob Plisko (Jessica); dearest great-grandmother of Kennedy Plisko, Callie Cushing, Brooke Cushing and Leif Hagadorn; fond sister of Rosalie Kasinec (Charles).

Marian will be laid to rest with her husband, Tom, at Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly, MI, at a later date.
