Marian Sillery Obituary
Marian L. Sillery, age 100 yrs., passed away on February 19, 2026, at Hospice of Northwest Ohio. She was a longtime resident of Toledo, Ohio, and born in Point Place to Julius and Florence Navarre.
After graduating high school, she married Robert T. Sillery on December 7, 1944. In her younger years, she was employed at Teledyne CAE as a benefits administrator, where she enjoyed her work environment and the many people she came in contact with. She had many hobbies, among them being water aerobics, reading, gardening, bowling and socializing with her many friends. Marian will be greatly missed by many for her positive attitude and sense of humor.
She leaves behind her loving family: children, Barbara, Dennis (Jerriann), Michele (Dennis), James (Rebecca), Anne (Ronald); 7 grandchildren; 2 step-grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert; infant daughter, Roberta; and 3 brothers and their spouses.
There will be a one hour visitation on Saturday, February 28, 2026, starting at 9:00 a.m., with a Mass of the Resurrection immediately following at 10:00 a.m., at St. Pius X Church, 2950 Ilger Ave., Toledo, OH. Interment will follow at Toledo Memorial Park, Sylvania, OH.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to all the nurses and staff at Hospice of Northwest Ohio for their loving care.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Marian's name to Make-A-Wish Foundation or Sunshine Communities.
