ALBERTI-MARINI, Marie (Pizzano) A caring wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She died peacefully surrounded by her children in her home on Wednesday, August 24. As Marie would tell you, she had two wonderful husbands. She was the wife of the late Jerome "Duke" Alberti and of the late Joseph Marini. Marie was born in Boston and was the youngest daughter of the late Andrew and Mildred Pizzano. Loving mother of Denise Brenner and her husband, Steven of Mt. Sinai, NY, Stephen Alberti and his wife, Lisa of Medway, and Michelle Azzari and her husband, Edward of Saugus. Cherished grandmother to Allison, Jennifer, Marina, Briana, Nicholas, Julia, and Michael. Dear sister of Elvira Occhipinti and Camille Lombardo. Marie also leaves many friends and relatives that she loved very much. In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Marie's memory to the Susan G. Komen Foundation or Care Dimensions Hospice, 75 Sylvan Street, Suite B-102, Danvers, MA. Relatives and friends are invited to attend Visiting Hours in the Bisbee-Porcella Funeral Home, 549 Lincoln Ave., SAUGUS, on Tuesday, 9-10 a.m. followed by a Funeral Mass in Blessed Sacrament Church, 14 Summer St., Saugus, at 10:30 a.m. Interment Puritan Lawn Memorial Park, Peabody.
