Marie Baddour Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Methuen Family Funeral Home on Aug. 14, 2025.
Marie A. (Teti) Baddour, 91 of Seabrook, NH, passed away on Friday, August 8, 2025. She was the beloved wife of the late Shae Baddour. Marie was the only child of the late Joseph Victor Teti and Assunta (Volonino) Teti. She was born and raised in Lawrence, MA during her earlier youth, and later attended Edward F. Searles High School in Methuen, MA. Marie was a cherished soul whose life echoed the wisdom of her yearbook quote, "Facta Non Verba" (Deeds, Not Words), a testament to her enduring legacy of action and impact in every heart she touched. Shortly after graduation, she worked in the Unemployment Office at the State House in Boston. Marie, along with the father of her children, and the encouragement and support of her dad, established Berge's Real Estate & Construction Company, Inc. in 1956. Berge's is approaching its seventh decade in business and is presently owned and conducted by members of her family, of which she was recently reaffiliated. For several years in between, Marie continued to successfully pursue her own interests in real estate investments, within her Mainland Realty Business. For a spanse of time, Marie was a Mary Kay consultant and received an advancement to a directorship position due to her exceptional skill in sales and her love for cosmetic makeup artistry. Marie was an entirely devoted wife to her husband, Shae, whom she married on August 8, 1988. As life would have it, she passed on what would have been their thirty-seventh wedding anniversary! Together, they enjoyed a rich and rewarding life. They were blessed to experience a leisurely way of living, traveling extensively, playing golf and entertaining friends and family at their homes, both in New Hampshire and Florida. Marie was a humorously, self-proclaimed political analyst. In her own circles, she was known for her expressive opinions, regarding world views on the subject. In her more recent years, Marie immersed herself deep within her Christian faith. A voracious reader of the Bible, she was always eager to spread the word to those who would attentively listen and even to those who were less inclined to do so. She possessed an insatiable thirst for knowledge in her endeavor to understand the meaning within the Book of Revelation as it related to Eschatology. Perhaps it is this preparedness that peacefully sets Marie on her soulful journey ahead. For those of us that remain behind, let us honor Marie in remembering her in spirit – a woman of elegance, a woman of boldness, a woman of passion, a woman of love. Marie was mother to Vici Nalbandian Kramar of Salem, NH and Mark Nalbandian and his fiancé, Rachel Leveille of Apopka, FL; step-mother to Shae Baddour and his partner, Cynthia Griskevich, of Atkinson, NH and Steven Baddour and his wife, Ann, of Methuen; grandmother to Noelle Nalbandian Doucette and her husband, Rick, of Sandown, NH, Lazzarus Kramar and his fiancé, Tina Cummings and Zachary Kramar all of Salem, NH, and Christian Kramar and his wife, Laurel, of Salt Lake City, Utah; step grandmother to Matthew Baddour and his wife, Hanah, Nicole Baddour, Shaena Baddour, Isabella Baddour, and Victoria Baddour; great-grandmother to Lukas Doucette and Jackson Daniel Kramar. She will also be missed by several cousins, nephews, and nieces. Family and friends are invited to celebrate Marie's extraordinary life at her funeral service at 12 PM on Thursday, August 14, 2025 at the Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home, 233 Lawrence Street, Methuen. Burial will follow at St. Mary-Immaculate Conception Cemetery in Lawrence. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Jews for Jesus at www.jewsforjesus.org, International Fellowship of Christians and Jews at www.ifcj.org, or Jewish Voice for Peace at www.jewishvoiceforpeace.org. We're so sorry about your Mom's passing, but she had such a full life. My mother liked her so very much. May God's peace be with you during this difficult time.
