Marie T. Compton (age 82) of Steger, Illinois. Dear sister of Richard (Christine) Compton and the late George "Bud" (late Eileen) Compton, the late June (late Earl) Bonnes, the late Virginia (late Art) Pfeiffer, the late Robert (late Dorothy) Compton, the late Russell (late Marion) Compton, the late Dorothy (late Patrick) Power, the late Donald (late Sandy) Compton, the late William "Jack" (Kathleen) Compton, the late Joann (late Thomas) Wilke, and the late James (Shirley) Compton. Marie worked in the medical field as an X-Ray technician for many years. She loved spending time with her numerous nieces and nephews. She loved to do the Sun-Times crossword puzzles and playing bingo. She also enjoyed spending time with her friends going out to lunch or dinner. Memorial Mass 11 A.M. Wednesday February 4, 2026 at St. Liborius Church 71 w 35th St. Steger, IL 60475. Inurnment at Assumption Cemetery will take place at a later date.
