What a beautiful legacy! I never had the opportunity to meet either Frank or Marie Drown but just completed reading their book tonight. I was scrolling for more information & saw this. I´m terribly sorry for your loss & pray God´s peace to your family. Please know I was very blessed & stirred with reading of their faithfulness. Truly they will continue to work for His Kingdom with the legacy they have left behind. Godspeed!

Family of Marie, I loved your mom (& dad). She was a guest speaker at a couple of our women's retreats when we were at Frederick Blvd. Baptist Church and my guest at another retreat. We had your parents over for meals and fellowship; and of course to hear your dad preach. When they moved to the care facility, we would stop by to visit on our way to or from St. Joseph (we moved several years ago). Covid restrictions prevented us from visiting but I still sent her occasional cards/notes. Your mom & dad are enjoying rich fellowship with the saints and some of their beloved converts/families from Ecuador. Blessings to you all as you share memories and special times together.

Just now finished reading "Mission to the Headhunters," and decided to look up Frank and Marie on the Internet and found this and that Frank had passed into glory almost four years ago. What joy in heaven as they receive a crown of glory and cast it at Jesus´ feet in honor of the work God called them to do and then helped them to do it. Look forward to meeting them myself when I get to heaven.
