Mrs. Marie Early Winstead

Marie Early Winstead, age 86, Passed away Tuesday April 1, 2008 at Raleigh Rehab and Healthcare Center. She was preceded in death by her parents Joseph Early and Mary Cobb Early. By her husband Wade H. Winstead, Sisters Louise Ethridge, Virginia Jobe, Ruth Hawley and Bertha Pate; Brother Joseph Early. She is survived by two sons, Wade H. Winstead, Jr. of Durham; and Earl Winstead and wife Lynda of Raleigh; and sisters Edith Farmer of Elm City, and Bettie Fiddy of Norfolk Va. Grandchildren Mark Winstead, Matt Winstead and wife Autumn, and Sara Winstead, one great grandchild Mason Mangum Winstead. Visitation will be held Saturday April 5, 2008 at 2:00 pm at Thomas-Yelverton Funeral Home with funeral services at 3:00 pm at Thomas-Yelverton with the Rev. Ron Hawley officiating.
