Marietta Foster Obituary
Marietta LaVon Foster, 65, of Anna, TX. Passed away December 9, 2016 in McKinney, TX. Marietta was born on April 18, 1951 in Carroll, Iowa to Charles David Knight and LaVon (Schroeder) Knight.
Marietta attended college and pursued a career as both an LPN and also worked in medical billing. She loved spending time with her family and cheering on her Denver Broncos!
Marietta is survived by; Mother LaVon Benson, Sister Debbie DeVore and husband Terry, Brother Lanny Knight and wife Susan, Son Chad Foster and wife Melissa, Daughter Wendy Foster, Grandchildren Bisbee & Abigale Mullen, and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by; Father Charles David Knight, and a Brother Dave Knight.

Mary and I shared many laughs together through the years. Good memories of working together and friendship that I will never forget. My condolences to her family. You are in my prayers. Mary spoke of her family often and when she did you felt the love. She was proud of her children and when she spoke of them you felt the love. Her mother LaVon was her rock and I have the pleasure of knowing her and calling her my friend as well. Mary I will miss our monthly calls but always remember the laughs. Thank you for your kindness and generosity to me and my family.

Mary was a wonderful and caring person and friend. We were truly blessed to have worked with her and spent the day remembering her through pictures we took here at work. Sending love, hugs and prayers to all of her family.

My heart goes out to the family for Mary. I enjoyed her dry sense of humor throughout the many years she worked with our SunBridge/Genesis collections department in Albuquerque NM, before relocating to Texas. We miss Mary.
