Beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend passed away Tuesday July 4, 2023 at home, at the age of 80 years. Marilyn was born August 23, 1942, in Saginaw, the daughter of the late Kenneth and Leona (Kruth) Miller. She married Rocky Anscomb on October 25, 1980; Rocky survives her. Marilyn graduated from Arthur Hill High School, the class of 1960. She retired from the VA Medical Center Credit Union. Marilyn enjoyed: games of Yahtzee, cards, knitting, dancing, camping, traveling, but most of all cherished time spent with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Surviving besides her husband Rocky are her children, David (Karen) Marcoux, Steve (Susan) Marcoux; six grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; her brothers, Duane (Carol) Miller, Delbert (Phyliss) Miller, Gary (Marlene) Miller; her sister-in-law, Betty Miller; brother-in-law, Tom (Diane) Smith; sister-in-law, Carlene Sattleberg, sister-in-law, Peggy Frappart, brother and sister-in-law, Earle (Paula) Anscomb, and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends including her long time best friends, Jill Nickles and Judy Marcoux. Marilyn was predeceased by her brothers, Jim Miller, Keith Miller, her sister, Barb (Dave) Proux, sister-in-law, Sharon Miller and brother-in-law, Keith Frappart.
The family would like to thank Compassus Hospice including Marti, Roger, Gabbe and Karen for the loving care they gave Marilyn.
A visitation will take place from Noon until 4:00 p.m. on Monday July 10, 2023, at the W. L. Case and Company Funeral Chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Road. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or the American Heart Association.
