MARILYN CLACHERTY Obituary

Marilyn Clacherty, aged 93, passed away on Feb. 10, 2026, at the Brentwood Nursing Home in Warwick, Rhode Island.

Marilyn lived a life marked by compassion and dedication to her family. Marilyn was a graduate of Flatbush Brooklyn High School and furthered her education at the State University of New York. She devoted 10 years of her career as a registered nurse before choosing to leave the workforce to provide care to her sick husband, Michael Clacherty, who predeceased her.

Marilyn's legacy continues through her family. She is survived by her three sons, Steve Clacherty 72, Ken Clacherty, 68, and Dan Clacherty, 65. She is also preceded in death by her mother, Hazel Johnson, father, Harry Wollyung, and sister-in-law Sister Margaret Clacherty.

In remembrance of Marilyn's caring spirit, the family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association, supporting a cause close to her heart.
