Marilyn Louise Tuzzio

Marilyn Louise Tuzzio, 90, passed away August 6, 2025, at Normandy Care Center. Marilyn was born September 1, 1934 to Myron and Helen Hoagland in Canton, Ohio. She was a 1952 graduate of Canton Central Catholic High School and had been employed as a Paralegal by Roetzel and Andress.
She was a faithful and very active member of Queen of Heaven Catholic Church where she volunteered with the Lenten Fish Fry and the annual FunFest.
Marilyn was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 60 Years, Frank in 2020. She was also preceded in death by bother Jim Hoagland, brother Myron Hoagland and sister Linda Tarbet. She is survived by sister Shirley (Tom) Colander, brother Joe (Debbie) Hoagland, brother Ron (Barb) Hoagland and many nieces and nephews. She is survived by her two sons, Frank (Cathy) Tuzzio and Michael (Greg Hubble) Tuzzio and daughters Kathy (Michael) O' Connor and Colleen (deceased) (Jeff) Russell . She is also survived by her six grandchildren, Nicole (Zachary) Rheinberger, Dr. Frank (Kelly) Tuzzio III, Amanda (Brad) Hunter, Kristina Russell, Jesse Russell and Matthew Russell. She was also proud great-grandmother to Anselm and Eleanor Rheinberger, Luca, Luisa, Leo and Roman Tuzzio and Ryder, Raelyn and Rowan Hunter.
A funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, August 16, 2025 at 10:30 am at Queen of Heaven Catholic Church, 1800 Steese Rd., Uniontown OH 44685, where the family will receive friends from 10 to 10:30am. Interment will take place at St. John Cemetery in Canton. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Queen of Heaven Catholic Church.
