June 14, 1938 - July 5, 2021
Gig Harbor, Washington - Marilyn Anne Bozich, a Gig Harbor resident, died on July 5, 2021. Marilyn was born in Tacoma, Washington on June 14, 1938. She was raised on Queen Anne Hill in Seattle and graduated from Queen Anne High School. Marilyn was active in many community groups and was a volunteer for many charitable causes throughout her life. Her role as mom to her boys was the role she cherished most. Marilyn had a magnetic personality, a warm heart, a smile that lit up a room and a laugh that those who knew her will never forget.
Marilyn was preceded in death by her son James W. Bozich, her parents Charles Grant and Violet Morrice and her brother Charles Grant. Marilyn is survived by her son John G. Bozich and daughter in law Kari Knapp-Bozich and her brother, Richard Grant (Connie).
The family would like to thank the staff at Brookdale Harbor Bay in Gig Harbor for taking kind and loving care of Marilyn during the past year. Arrangements by Haven Of Rest Gig Harbor - havenrest.com. Remembrances may be made to the Mary Bridge Children's Foundation.
