ROMANO, Mario Of Medford, formerly of the Jamaica Plain section of Boston, September 2, 2025. Beloved husband for 54 years of Francesca (Turco) Romano. Devoted father of Anthony Romano and his wife, Tracy, of Stoneham and Sylvia Romano of Haverhill. Loving grandfather of Anthony, Alexa, and Michael Romano of Stoneham, Ryan Martin and Christian Collins of Haverhill. Brother of Emilia Giordano and her husband, Angelo, of Palatine, IL, the late Carmela Papotto and her late husband, Joseph, the late Nunzio Romano and his surviving wife, Gracie, of North Carolina, the late Salvatore Romano and his surviving wife, Hilda, of Plymouth. Further survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Funeral from Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD, Tuesday, September 9, at 9 a.m., followed by a Funeral Mass celebrated in St. Raphael Church, 512 High St., Medford, at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
