Marion Renaye Davis

Marion "Renaye" Davis was born in Stamford CT on November 13. 1964 to the late William Henry Davis and Mabel Gole Parker at Stamford hospital. Our beloved Marion "Renaye" Davis resident of Stamford CT for 27 years entered into the arms of her Lord and Savior Yashua Christ on Thursday November 7th 2024 at Bridgeport Hospital.
Marion was a member of Holy Tabernacle COGIC, under the leadership of Pastor Willie and Mother Lillian Moye where she encouraged many in the service of the Lord.
Marion attended Roxbury Elementary School in Stamford CT. In the Year 1982 She graduated from JM Wright Technical Trade school with her Cosmetology Degree and later on she returned back to become a substitute teacher at JM Wright technical trade school.
In the early 90's she Graduated from Catherine Gibbs College with her associate's degree in business.
She began her career as a hair stylist underneath the tutorship of Doreatha Robinson. Thereafter she was employed at Hair Dr. Bobby's hair salon in Stamford CT.
From there Marion branched out to become a Self proclaimed entrepreneur in the Hair industry, and established "Diva's Hair Salon" in Norwalk CT for 16 years.
She had a vision to relocate her salon to Bridgeport CT and in 2008 she brought that vision to life. When she opened No Limit Hair Studio on 1626 Barnum Avenue. Her Motto was,
"Where there is no vision the people will perish". (Proverbs 29:18a) Renaye was well known for being one of the Best Hair Mixologists Connecticut has ever seen in over 40 years.
She perfected her craft on all walks of life, most of all she promoted Hair Care. There wasn't a style she could not execute. She specialized in Hair Cuts, Hair weaving, Hair Color, and creative styling.
She was predeceased by her parents, William Henry Davis and Mabel Gole Davis. She leaves to Cherish her memory her Fiancé Ulrick "Rick" Holmes her 3 children Montagae Jamar (Karmyn) Perry, Tiana Rakiah Bridtter, Desten Chanse Holmes; Her siblings Nolan (Lori) Davis, Audrey Denise (Jacques) Panton, Anita Williams; 5 grandchildren, Kollin Marion Perry, Ariane Dakota Caviness, Rhylee Perry, Ryder Leo Perry, Kalee Foxx Perry; 3 God children Khalid Staton, Shane Burwell, Akeem Victor; Special Uncles John Parker, Willie Jasper Moye; Special Aunt Lillian Moye; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
