Bailey Funeral Home - LancasterMarion A. Skinner, 90 of Lancaster, New Hampshire passed away at home on Monday, January 19th surrounded by family. Marion was born on February 26th, 1935 to William & Ella (Laroque) Cota in Grand Isle, Vermont.
On June 20th, 1950, Marion married her husband, Wallace in St, Johnsbury Vermont. Together, they had three children. Marion was a near lifelong resident of Lancaster and enjoyed knitting, reading and walking her dog, Minnie. She will be remembered for her incredible sense of humor.
Predeceasing Marion in passing is her husband; parents; siblings Blanche, Mildred, Lillian, Donald, Wilton and William; as well as a daughter, Wallinda Gauvin.
Survivors include two children, Steve Skinner(Mary) and Cheryl Perkins(Leonard). Marion also leaves behind four grandchildren: Doug Gray(Michelle), Angela Begay, Amanda Brown(Joshua) and Sue Osborn(Shawn) as well as numerous great-grandchildren and a newborn great-great granddaughter. She will be missed by a host of nieces and nephews and her two dogs, Minnie & Rocky.
A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, June 20th at 1:00pm at Summer Street Cemetery in Lancaster. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Riverside Rescue, 236 Riverside Avenue, Lunenburg, Vermont, 05904.
