Marjorie Blackman Calhoun, 81, formally of Florence, SC, entered into eternal rest July 25, 2008.

Ms. Calhoun was born to Willie Elbert and Daisy Lewis Blackman on August 8, 1926.

She is survived by her three sons, Don Calhoun and wife, Joy of Conway, SC., Rick Calhoun and wife Karen, of Columbia, SC., and Wade H. Calhoun, Jr. of Loris, SC., one sister, Katheline Roofe of Hamlet, three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

The funeral will be Monday July 28, 2008, at 2:00pm at Carver Creek Methodist Church with Dr. Buddy Champion officiating. Burial will follow in the Carvers Creek Methodist Church Cemetery.
