Marjorie J. Crescenzi, 90, of Millville, passed away peacefully on October 14, 2025.
Born in Salem, she was the daughter of Earl and Grace (Catts) Porch.
Marjorie was a proud graduate of Penns Grove High School Class of 1952 and later attended Goldey-Beacom College. Over the years, she served her community in many ways - as tax collector and deputy treasurer for Carneys Point Township, and later as a payroll clerk at Southgate Nursing Home. She also volunteered her time at the Treasurer's Office in Salem, always happy to lend a helping hand where she could.
Marjorie enjoyed the simple pleasures in life - curling up with a good book, cheering on her beloved Phillies and Eagles, and watching Wheel of Fortune. Her quick wit and easy smile made her a joy to be around, and she will be remembered for her kindness, humor, and love for her family.
She is survived by her son, David. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Anthony J. Crescenzi Sr.; her son, Anthony Jr.; and her brothers, Clinton "Gingy" Porch and William Porch.
Family and friends are invited to celebrate Marjorie's life on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, at Adams Funeral Home, 64 Broad St., Woodstown, NJ 08098. A viewing will begin at 10:00 AM, followed by a service at 11:00 AM. Burial will take place at Lawnside Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to Bo Lends A Paw, Pet Pantry, 16 Pine Ave., Salem, NJ 08079 - a cause close to Marjorie's heart.
