Marjorie A. "Marjie" Dressler, 83, of Harrisburg, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, July 5, 2025, at UPMC Community Hospital.

Born July 24, 1941, in Mifflintown, she was a daughter of the late James C. and Mildred (Nipple) Naylor. Her husband of 66 years, Glenn Allen Dressler, whom she married on Nov. 15, 1958, died on June 25, 2025.

She is survived two daughters, Terry Vennell, and husband, Don, and Tracy Cioffi Arnold, and husband, Dave, three grandchildren, Ashley Wambold and husband, Mark, Frank Cioffi, and Melissa Cioffi, two great-grandsons, Carter and Max Wambold, one sister, Joyce Foltz, and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two infant sons, Ricky Allen and Barry Lee Dressler.

She graduated from Juniata Joint High School in 1959.

She was a bank teller at Mellon Bank and retired from Pennsylvania State Bank.

She was a member of Salem Evangelical Lutheran Church in Oberlin.

She enjoyed sewing, going out to eat, and playing cards and dominoes. She loved spending time with her family, especially being with her great grandsons.

Her funeral will be at 10 a.m. on Friday, July 11, at Guss Funeral Home, Inc., 20 S. Third St., Mifflintown, with Vicar Rose Tonkin, officiating. Interment will be in Locust Run Cemetery.

Her viewing will be on Thursday, July 10, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
