Marjorie Gannaway Obituary

Marjorie "Marge" Carol Gannaway, a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother, and respected registered dietitian, passed away peacefully on July 28, 2025, at the age of 82.

Born on September 26, 1942, in Burlington, Kansas, Marge moved to Stockton, Missouri in 1974.

Marge dedicated her career to helping others as a registered dietitian. She was known affectionately by her family for not being able to take a good picture - try as she might - as well as her lack of texting skills.

Marge is survived by her sons, Greg Davis and Galen Davis; her grandchildren Abby Garton, Riley Davis, and Ashlan Davis; and her devoted partner and companion, David Pendergraph.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Ginny Davis, her husbands, Paul Davis and Ellis Gannaway, and many loved ones she never forgot.

A funeral service will be held at Bland-Brumback Funeral Home in Stockton, Missouri, on Saturday, August 9th at 11:00 A.M. Food and refreshments will follow at AmVets.
