Marjorie built a career in office administration, working with several companies in Dalton, Georgia, before retiring from FibroChem in 2014. She took pride in her work and in the relationships she formed along the way. Outside of her career, she was a passionate fan of Alabama Crimson Tide football, rarely missing a chance to cheer on her beloved team.
She found joy in caring for her pets, tending to her garden and landscaping, and sharing stories that could make anyone smile. She was fiercely devoted to her family, always giving of herself and quick to offer help to anyone in need.
She is survived by her loving children, daughter Holly Waller of Rossville, Georgia, and son John Haigler and daughter-in-law Julie Haigler of Saint Marys, Georgia. She was a proud grandmother to Jack Young and Maggie Waller of Rossville, Georgia. She is also survived by her sister, Sally Cross, her nephew, John Cross and wife Jenny, and niece Janet Ellis, all of Dalton, Georgia; and many extended family members and friends who will miss her dearly.
