Marjorie Hall Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Palmer Bush & Jensen Family Funeral Homes - Lansing Chapel on Feb. 4, 2026.
Majorie Hall (Fletcher) of Lansing, age 90, passed away on February 3, 2026. Marjorie was born in Liverpool, England to parents George and Ruth (Sutherland) Fletcher.

Marjorie grew up in England where she met and married her partner, Edward Barerra. The two made their way to the United States when she was 18 years old. After moving to the U.S. Marjorie later went on to marry Raliegh Hall and the two settled in Eaton Rapids.

Marjorie loved her God, with her faith being a central tenant in her life. She also loved her family deeply, including her animals. Her dogs, cats, and birds were her non-human children and she loved them as such. Marjorie also liked to watch classic movies and enjoyed listening to music. She was especially fond of the actor and singer Mario Lanza.

Marjorie is survived by her children Susan Burg, Denise (David) Thon, Tracy Barrera, and Mark (Chris) Barrera; her grandchildren Aron, Klyde, Cori (Kevin), Katelyn (Anthony), Zachary, Cruz, Lesley, and Vanessa; her great-grandchildren Jordan, Kaleb, Mariya, Landen, Robert, Margaret, and Isabella. Marjorie was lucky enough to meet her great-great-grandchildren Cayomie and Aliyna.

Majorie is preceded in death by her past partners Edward Barerra and Raliegh Hall; parents George Fletcher and Ruth (Sutherland) Fletcher; and her sister Audrey.

A Funeral Service will be held for Marjorie Hall on Monday February 9, 2026. She will be laid to rest at Rose Hill Cemetery.
