Marjorie Herman Obituary
Marjorie Jean Herman, 90, of Tomahawk passed away Saturday, March 9, 2024 at the Country Terrace, Tomahawk. Marjorie was born October 31, 1933 in Milwaukee, the daughter of Michael Kochanski and Erna Salewske. She was united in marriage on December 4, 1954 to James Herman and he preceded her in death August 21, 2013.
Surviving are her daughters, Sandra Theis, Tomahawk; Sally (Mike) Thayer, Tomahawk; Shirley (Shawn) Halverson, Tomahawk; two grandchildren, Shane Halverson, Carrissa (Eric) Handrick; great-grandchild, Leah.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Michael Kochanski and Erna Salewske; husband of nearly 59 years, James, and a son-in-law, David Theis.
A special thank you to Moments Hospice and County Terrace Staff, especially Parrish and Amber for the compassionate care of our mother, Marjorie Herman.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 16, 2024 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Tomahawk, with Father Louis Maram Reddy officiating. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. to time of service at church.
