Marjorie Ruth Kessler

Marjorie Ruth Kessler, age 85, of Navarre, Ohio, died Sunday, Dec. 5, 2010, at Aultman Hospital. She was born on July 24, 1925 in Navarre to the late Clarence and Nora (Custer) Brandt. She was employed for 25 years as a shipping clerk for the Heineman Saw Company, retiring in 1990. Marjorie was a member of Zion United Church of Christ, North Canton. Her hobbies included cooking for her family and gardening. She was preceded in death by her husband, Billie Kessler, in 1992; her son-in-law, Thomas E. Jones; granddaughter, Jill Marie Jones; brother, Donald Brandt and sister, Edith Sponsellor. Marjorie is survived by her daughter, Bonnie Jones, of Navarre and Monet her faithful canine companion. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Reed Funeral Home North Canton Chapel with Rev. Gary Smith officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Hills Burial Park.
