Shipley (Max Prieto); devoted sister of the late Elizabeth "Betty" Cassen Fannon. Also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
Marge loved spending time outdoors tending her many flower gardens, watching wildlife, and relaxing beside her lily pond. She had a special connection with children, and was always interested in hearing from them. She enjoyed sewing, knitting, and creating all types of handcrafted items. Her knitted scarves and socks were very popular gifts. She was active in several historical and genealogical organizations, and enjoyed tracing family roots and uncovering stories of the past. Her love for the Lord was evident in every aspect of her life. She was a longtime member of Upper Crossroads Baptist Church, where she was involved in various ministries over the years. She was a graduate of Western Maryland College with a degree in Sociology.
