Mark Armor Obituary
James Marcus “Mark” Armor, 55, of Athens, GA passed away on November 3, 2025. Born in Greensboro, GA on March 1, 1970, he was the son of the late Alvin Armor and Mary Wade (Casper). Along with his parents, Mark was preceded in death by his loving wife, Jackie Armor.
Survivors include his siblings, Samantha Clark (Bubba) of Danielsville, GA, Charles Armor (Donna) of Danielsville, GA, and Frank Wade of Danielsville, GA; Nieces and Nephews, Michelle Armor, Sylvia Llewellyn, Misty Armor, Adrian Armor, Brandon Wilson, Tyler Wilson, and Caleb Wilson.
Mark was a beloved husband, brother, uncle, and friend to all who knew him. He was employed by Pilgrim’s Pride in Athens since 1994. Mark was an avid hunter and motorcycle enthusiast.
A memorial service will be held in the chapel of Lord and Stephens Funeral Home, East, Athens, GA on Friday, November 7, 2025, starting at 11:00 AM. The family will receive friends the evening prior from 6:00 – 8:00 PM.
