Mr. Barnes was preceded in death by his father, Michael Lynn Barnes, Sr.; brother Michael Lynn Barnes, Jr.; grandparents, Susan Diane Burrows, Dorothy Barnes, James Lee Adams and Michael Lynn Shorters; and great-grandparents, Zeola Adams, Rosa Lee Shorters, Jimmie Lee Shorters and Edward Adams.
