Mark Bickley Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Boren-Conner Funeral Home - Bullard on Mar. 13, 2026.
Mark Brian Bickley, 48, of Flint, passed away on Monday evening, March 9, 2026. A Memorial Celebration will be held on Tuesday afternoon, March 17, 2026, at Boren-Conner Funeral Home in Bullard, to begin at 1:00pm. Bro. Lee Welch will officiate.

Mark Brian Bickley, born March 11th, 1977, to Ronnie and Pat Bickley of Noonday, Texas, passed away March 9th, 2026, after living a life full of experiences, successes and accomplishments. At a young age, Mark was introduced to a life of mechanics, which lead him straight into a career path of diesel and heavy equipment mechanic work, where he became his own boss and carried the Bickley name on, within the industry. In addition to his career, Mark became a dad as a young adult and though it often proved to be more challenging than rebuilding a dump trunk motor, he had a village of support behind him and embraced the journey of parenthood.

Mark is preceded in death by his mother, Patricia Bickley, older brother, Matthew Bickley, maternal grandmother, Lois Thedford and paternal uncle, Jack Bickley. He is survived by his father, Ronnie Bickley, son, Lain Bickley, nephew, Dylan Bickley and a list of cousins that adored him more than anything.

Mark was many things in his life; a son, a brother, a dad, a grandson, an uncle and a cousin but his role as a friend will be the one that countless people will never forget. The love shown for Mark radiated not just after his death, but in his everyday life. At any given time, Mark could be found amongst a group of friends and family. Food, music and selfies were always involved. Undeniably, he was often the life of the party and the person everyone looked for in a crowd.

Mark's family and friends will be hosting a Memorial Celebration on Tuesday, March 17th, 2026, at Boren-Conner Funeral Home, in Bullard, Texas, to begin at 1:00pm. In lieu of flowers, they ask that you bring a framed or unframed picture of Mark, to display during the service.
