Mark Sidney Blaine, 61 of Kansas City, Missouri peacefully passed away on November 8th, 2024, after battling cancer. He was born on November 28th, 1962, in Kansas City, Missouri to Paul Blaine and Shirley Phillips. Mark attended SouthWest Highschool and later went on to work in construction and join the Carpenters Union. 

 Mark met the love of his life, Mary, in 1975 when they were just kids, but life had other plans and they both went their separate ways. After 30 years they would later reconnect and get married on October 24th, 2005, at a small church in Kansas City and have been married for 19 years.

 Mark's passions included cheesy dad jokes, watching the Kansas City Chiefs and Royals win, barbecuing at the park, playing his guitar, and being a father and grandfather. Mark loved growing up in Kansas City and was proud to be American. 

 Mark is survived by his wife, Marian Blaine; his daughter Tiffany Ann Bolen (Blaine); stepson Justin Speight; step- daughters Lindsay (Mitchell) Crabtree & Elizabeth (Dennis) Bail; his grandchildren Lily, Lucas, Logan, Makayla, Dakota, Dyllan, Amber Lynn and Maddison. His brothers Ted (Heidi) Blaine; and Rex Blaine, his sisters Linda and Paula (Sam) Travie; many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great-nephews. and his beloved cat Precious Sidney Blaine. He is preceded in death by his mother Shirley, his brother Timmy, and his granddaughter Lillian.
