Mark David Branton

Mark David Branton, 61, of Summerville, SC passed away suddenly on June 26th, 2023. A private viewing for family was held at James A. Dyal Funeral Home on June 28th, 2023.
Mark was born June 1, 1962, on a military base in France. He just recently celebrated his 61st birthday. He was a well-known residential and commercial contractor that specialized in painting. He was a loving father, grandfather, and friend to all.
Mark is survived by one son, Jonathan David Branton and fiancé Katlyn Gregory. One daughter, Elizabeth Branton and fiancé Marquis Waring, as well as his grandchildren Chance, Amari, and Kendrick Waring. He is also survived by his mother, Dell Carroll Garvin, sister Cynthia A. Martin, nieces Jessica Mclntire and Erica Thomas, and great nieces Maddie and Delaney Thomas. He was preceded in death by his father David Branton, and grandchildren Madison and Kingston Waring.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to all who have reached out. A small fellowship-style memorial will be held July 8th, 2023, at his daughter's home in Ladson, SC.
