As an ICU nurse I got to know Dr. DeCheck from his patient visits. He was always smiling, friendly and made the staff and his patients feel special. He always gave his time generously and had an excellent bedside manner. I was so impressed with him I recommended my elderly next door neighbors to obtain him as their primary physician. He was absolutely wonderful with them, even coming to their home for several visits, easing their anxieties while talking about his garden. He was a wonderful man and a rare find as a physician, he will be missed by many. My deepest sympathy for your loss.

Mark and I were in Medical School at the same time. I remember him being a good conversationalist and an all around great guy. I´m sure he will be greatly missed by family, friends and patients.
