Mark E. DiBona

Mark E. DiBona, 66, of Holbrook, Massachusetts, passed away on March 25, 2026, in Brockton.

Born on January 5, 1960, in Brockton, Massachusetts, Mark was the son of the late Ernest DiBona and Mary (Haskell) DiBona.

Mark was a skilled and dedicated mechanic at B.A.R. Auto in Brockton. He spent almost 50 years working in the autobody and automotive field. Mark was known for his strong work ethic, his ability to fix just about anything, and his lifelong passion for cars-he was always tinkering in the garage.

Outside of work, Mark enjoyed the simple pleasures in life. He loved NASCAR, trips to Foxwoods, traveling to Las Vegas, and going out for breakfast with family and friends. He valued his relationships deeply and was known as a loyal friend, someone who could always be counted on.

Mark is survived by his sister, Denise Libenson and her husband Robert of Middleboro, and his brother Daniel DiBona and his former wife Tammy Cornell of Attleboro. He was also a beloved uncle to Zachary, Ben, and Kate. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him, but most especially by his closest friends, Al, Sherry, and Tess.

Mark will be remembered for his kindness, sense of humor, and the many friendships he built throughout his life.
