Mark Doherty

My sincere condolences to the Doherty family on the loss of Mark. I have known Mark and Carol for many years and have so many wonderful memories, too many to mention here. He always made you feel so welcome at their home, whether it was in Bolton, Illinois or South Carolina. In Bolton there were wonderful dinners whipped up by Carol, followed by Mark playing music in the basement or maybe watching a Blockbuster (pre-streaming) movie. Mark would always build a beautiful warm fire for us in the winter months. He was a caring friend and more than willing to help out others. Mark also liked the finer things in life, which is why he married Carol. He was a proud husband, father and grandfather and truly loved his family. I will miss him immensely.
