Mark Joseph Drutch

Mark Joseph Drutch, 68, of Murrysville, passed away on Dec. 23, 2025, after a courageous battle with cancer, surrounded by love. He was born on Feb. 20, 1957. Mark found joy in the simple things in life sports, a cold beer, and time spent with family and friends. He was a steadfast partner to his wife, Valarie Simon Drutch; and a devoted father to his twin daughters, Joan Drutch-Pohlot and Monica Drutch-Pelkofer. Known for his quiet generosity, patience, and forgiveness, Mark lived by the simple reminder he often shared: do your best. He was a proud grandfather to Mia Pohlot, Briella Pohlot, and Colin Pelkofer. Mark is also survived by his sons-in-law, Michael Pohlot and Corey Pelkofer; and his brother, Gary Drutch and wife, Patricia. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Mildred Drutch. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 29, 2025, at WOLFE-VON GEIS FUNERAL HOME INC., 5701 Lincoln Ave., Export. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m., Tuesday, Dec. 30, 2025, in Mother of Sorrows Catholic Church, Murrysville. Interment will be in Penn Lincoln Memorial Park, North Versailles.
