Mark Wyatt Earp, age 70, of Long Lake, Minnesota and Fountain Hills, Arizona, passed away on January 23rd, 2026. He was born on November 18, 1955 in San Angelo, Texas, to parents Richard and Pat Earp, and three other siblings, Mike (wife Terrie, son Ryan) Susie (husband David, daughter Sophia) and Bill (son Andrew).

Mark is survived by his wife, Maureen Earp, and daughters Karen Bauer (Joey), Melinda Howe (Thor), Catherine Potter (Matthew) and Kelli Kranz (Garrett). He leaves behind 8 grandchildren that he deeply loved and spent as much time with as he could. Faith, Dylan, Vienna, Roman, Levi, Emmy, Ruby and Thomas. They are Mark's legacy. He had a career in environmental sales all of his working life and after retirement spent much of his time enjoying world travel, playing pickleball and home remodeling. He was the greatest role model and supporter to all who knew him. Mark was a true witness for Jesus Christ, and he left this world with the hope and grace of eternal life to come. He faced his battle with cancer with humble reliance on God and knew that he was part of His greater plan.

A celebration of life 10:00 AM at Christ Presbyterian Church in Edina, MN on Friday January 30. In Lieu of Flowers, Memorials are Grace Hospice of MSP, Gildas Club of Minnesota, and Messiah Lutheran Church Food Shelf of Lakeville, MN.

We appreciated so much the trip out by the Salt River to see the wild horses with Mark & Mo. We were in AZ over Thanksgiving while Corie was recovering from Cancer Surgery. Mark was/and is so loved and remembered here in our Community of Fountain Hills. Always with a helping hand and warm smile; caring about everyone. He spread the love of our Lord to everyone with his encouraging scripture verses every day which he posted online. I would expect Mark is enjoying the presence of Jesus and all of Heaven is rejoicing! We love you Mark!!! Pete & Corie Boyer

Mo, I am so sorry for your loss. Mark was just a great guy. I always loved playing pickleball with him. I wasn't very good, but he always took the time to help me! Both you and Mark have been so missed at Amira.
My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family!

I only knew Mark for a short while. But I could certainly see how people gravitated to him. He was such a warm, kind person. I met him playing pickle ball and always loved either being his partner or his opponent.
He was such a classy gentleman.
I am so sorry for the family`s loss.
