He was born in Lebanon, KY on June 11, 1952 to the late J. Bourbon and Maxine Coyle Elliott.
He was a member of the River Of Life Community Church and a 1971 graduate of Washington County High School.
Survivors include his daughter, Melanie Russell of Lexington; four grandchildren; his twin sister, Martha Ann Stallings and her husband, Charles of Blacksburg, VA and his brother, Mike Elliott and his wife, Ella of Springfield.
Funeral services will be held at 7:00 p.m., Thursday, June 2nd at the Carey & Son Funeral Home with Rev. Troy Shelton, officiating.
Burial will be on Cemetery Hill.
Visitation will be after 2:00 Thursday at the Carey & Son Funeral Home.
