Mark Errico

Mark Errico, 72 years old, son of the late Joseph and Marta Vingo Errico, died suddenly on November 1, 2025 at Norwalk Hospital. He was born on November 15, 1952 in Norwalk, CT and resided there during his lifetime.

Mark is survived by his first cousins Louis Sileo, Liverpool, NY, Robert DuPlessis (Louise)of New Fairfield, CT, Kathleen (William) Granata of New Milford, CT, Constance and Marcelene Vingo, of Morris, CT, Lewis Vingo of Norwalk, CT, Lois Buchanan of Redding, CT, Robert (Elaine) Vingo of Cumming, GA, Patrick (Linda Silva) Vingo of Bethany, CT, Jeffrey (Donna) Vingo of Trumbull, CT and Laura Coppola of Roxbury, CT.

Mark was a very kind, caring and quiet soul. He was also very intelligent and ambitious graduating college in the top five percent of his class and going on to achieve several financial executive positions in local companies following in his father's footsteps.

Mark had a passion for the lifestyle of New Orleans and would visit often, especially during Mardi Gras. He was also very proud of his Italian Heritage, always searching for the best Italian restaurant, and listening to Frank Sinatra music.

Mark was also very active in his local church, Saint Jerome in Norwalk providing both personal and financial support.

Mark was truly a man of faith, purpose and family. Although Mark never had a family of his own, his love and devotion for his mother, father and extended family overshadowed that need.

There will be no calling hours. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 AM on Thursday, November 13, 2025 at St. Jerome Church, 23 Half Mile Road, Norwalk, CT. Interment will follow at St. John Cemetery, 223 Richards Avenue, Norwalk, CT.

Donations in lieu of flowers may be made in Mark's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
