Mark Anthony Gambrell

Mark Anthony Gambrell, age 71, died at his Ashland City home on Wednesday, January 28, 2026. Born July 9, 1954, in Nashville, Tennessee, to James Clifford and Janelle (Hardcastle) Gambrell, he earned a bachelor's degree and ran his own machining business, C & M Machinery. He is preceded in death by his father, James Clifford Gambrell; wife, Terry (Johnson) Gambrell; and brother, James Oakley Gambrell. He is survived by his mother, Janelle Gambrell; sons, William "BJ" (Leslie) Gambrell and Clifford Gambrell; daughter, Debra (Shaun) Gambrell; sister, Theresa Wilson; and grandchildren, Roxanne Gambrell, Oliver Gambrell, Matthew Bernard, Wyatt Gambrell, Alexander Bernard, and Lucas Bernard.

Funeral service will be Thursday, February 5, 2026, at 3pm in the Chapel of Cheatham County Funeral Home with David Swanger officiating. Visitation will be the same day from 11am until the service hour of 3pm. Burial will be the following day, Friday, February 6, 2026, at 1pm in Hendersonville Memory Gardens in Hendersonville, Tennessee.
