Mark S. Heikkila of Brockton. May 21, 1959 to March 21, 2023. Dedicated, loving husband of 42 years to Nancy (Geloran) Heikkila. Loving father to Rachel Heikkila and Justine Cooper, father in law to Robert Mackiewicz and Kevin Cooper. Proud grandfather to Aiden Green, Brendan Cooper, Olivia Green, Austin Cooper and Leighton Cooper.
Son of the late G. Robert Heikkila and the late Sylvia (Maguire) Heikkila. Brother of Glenn Heikkila, Cheryl and Peter Wessel, Deborah Heikkila and the late Jim Whalen, Gary and Cheryl Heikkila, Rob and Deborah Heikkila, Carol and John O'Brien, Donn and Tara Heikkila, Jill and Tim Ribbe. Uncle to several nieces and nephews.
Mark enjoyed quality time with his wife, family and friends intertwined with travel, music, cooking and fitness. Mark loved spending endless hours in his back yard sanctuary. Mark could always be found making others laugh and always lending a helping hand to anyone in need.
Mark worked in banking for 40 years Providing friendship and customer service to the small town community of Sharon.
