Mark Huff Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Owen Funeral Home - Dixie Highway on Dec. 28, 2025.
Mark Allen Huff Jr., 18, passed away on December 22, 2025. He was born in Louisville, Kentucky, on October 23, 2007.

He was an extraordinary young man whose curiosity and talent shone brightly from an early age. He began working on cars at just six years old, a passion that grew into a deep love for his cherished 1977 Monte Carlo. A true computer wizard, he had an incredible gift to fix, build, and understand just about anything technological, including assembling computers from the ground up. He enjoyed the quiet strategy of chess and treasured time spent playing cards with his family. Thoughtful and intelligent, he collected coins and delighted in sharing them with those he loved. Above all, he took great pride in being an older brother, a role he cherished deeply and carried with love, protectiveness, and devotion.

He is preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Dwan and Gerald Huff.

Mark is lovingly remembered by his mother, Stephanie Huff; father, Mark Allen Huff Sr.; siblings, Mackenzie Huff, Amelia Huff, and Brock Huff; his "Broke Shoe" and "BoBo", Cheryl Brock and Tim Brock; grandfather, Rodney Huff; aunts, Amber Strickland, Nicole Brock, and Dara Huff; uncles, James Strickland, Timothy Brock II, and Justin Huff; and cousins, Andrew Shelton, Timothy Brock III, Jayden Brock, Jackson Barker, and Adeline Shelton.

His funeral services will be at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy., on Tuesday, December 30, 2025. Visitation will be from 2:00-8:00 PM. The funeral service will be on the same day, starting at 5:00 PM, with visitation to continue after the service.
