Mark Iken Obituary
He was born July 28, 1956 in St. Louis, the son of the late Gerald and Lillian (Berger) Iken. He married Cassandra "Cassie" Schooley January 23, 1993. She survives.
Besides his wife, he is survived by three children: Jennifer (Anthony) Adamson of Marine, Troy Iken of Edwardsville and Gretchen Iken of Edwardsville; one grandchild, Coralyn Adamson; and four siblings: Stephen (Brenda) Iken of Florida, Jeff (Lilibet) Iken of Arizona, Cari Iken of Kirkwood, MO and Todd Iken of St. Peters, MO.
Mark was an active member of the Heart of America Newfoundland Club and the Newfoundland Club of America serving as an NCA Draft and Water Test Judge. He enjoyed training and exhibiting with his many Newfoundlands.
Memorials can be made to the Newfoundland Club of America Rescue, Mary L. Price, 1004 State Rd 78, Mt Horeb, WI 53572.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
